Shipping policy
Where We Ship
Tidenna currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer
international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum order value, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday,
excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery
estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Tidenna is
not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events
outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address
provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information within
5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in
their original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
