Tidenna Return Policy

This Return Policy sets forth the terms under which Tidenna ("we," "us," or "our") accepts returns of merchandise purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date reflected in the order's tracking information. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused and in the condition in which it was received;
  • Accompanied by its original packaging, tags, parts, and accessories; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, including the order number.

We reserve the right to deny a refund, or to issue a partial refund, for items returned in a condition inconsistent with the foregoing, except where such condition results from our error or from a defect in the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards;
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase; and
  • Items returned without prior authorization as described in Section 4.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us at support@tidenna.com and provide the order number and the reason for the return. Upon review, we will notify the customer whether the return is approved and, if so, will provide instructions and a return address. Items sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except as provided in Section 6. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Where an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the item ordered, we will bear the cost of return shipping. Customers should notify us at support@tidenna.com with photographic evidence of the issue so that we may resolve the matter promptly.

7. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Additional time may be required by the customer's financial institution to post the refund to the account.

8. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item should return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
